As I was driving up 99, I saw a massive hawk sitting in a tree watching all of us drive along and waiting for, I’m only assuming, a small weak child to prey on.  This hawk was huge.  It looked like it was the size of a baby terradactyl.

I ventured out of the neighborhood today.  And it wasn’t by foot!  It was by car.  Getting out of the neighborhood was a bit tricky.  But once I got to Renton, the roads weren’t too bad.  A few times the ice under the tires made it feel like  I was driving on a cobblestone road.  [...]
